Artist Retreat Gems
For everyone who supported my Creative Fest Fundraiser so I could attend the capstone artist retreat held in Washington at the end of the Brehm Residency, I want to share with you some of the gems from that dedicated space.

When I arrived at the Seattle-Tacoma airport on May 7th, our small retreat group began texting each other to try to meet up so we'd all be together when our shuttle arrived. Each person from my Brehm cohort whom I finally met in person surprised me--whether in their relative height to their zoom presence or their warmth in person. A long van ride to Plain, WA followed, which took us through the Cascades where it was snowing at the time, and down again into a warmer climate.
Talke about the burden I felt myself to be and addressing that in spiritual direction the very first morning. Add pic of water bottle sticker.
